CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) A car crash in the parking lot of the Sheyenne Care Center pushed one vehicle over a parking stop curb and broke the railing on the upper level Wednesday in Valley City.

The female driver was not injured. The crash remains under investigation with the Valley City police department.
