N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – North Dakota Governor Jack Dalrymple has proclaimed September 14th through the 20th as North Dakota Farm to School Week.

According to Sue Balcom, Executive Director for FARRMS, schools will begin receiving envelopes this week for easy ideas to help celebrate Farm to School week. Returning the enclosed card by September 1st will enter the school into a drawing for a large gift basket from farm-based businesses including North Dakota producers.
