Services for Cynthia “Cis” Burchill, age 53, of Pillsbury, ND will be conducted at 11 AM Monday, August 25, 2014 at the Lerud-Schuldt Funeral Home in Valley City, ND with Rev. Dan Faust officiating.  Visitation will be one hour prior to services. Cis passed away Aug. 19, 2014 at Sanford health in Fargo, ND.

Cynthia “Cis” Burchill was born May 11, 1961 in Northwood, ND, the daughter of Charles and Helen (Lukins) Hale.  She graduated from Hope High School and on Sept. 25, 1993 she married Dale S. Burchill “handsome”.  The lived on a farm at Pillsbury, ND.  Cis loved to go camping and boating at Lake Ashtabula, and drive her “GOLF” CART.  Her usual co-pilots were pups Sugar and Candy.  She also loved to go to the casino.  She attended church at Zion Lutheran Church in Oriska, ND.

Cis is survived by her husband, Dale, her pups Sugar and Candy, step-children Todd Burchill of Valley City, ND, Lori Burchill of Winger, MN, and Rocky Burchill of Valley City, ND; brother Dave Hale of Hope, ND; and many family and friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents.
