CO (NewsDakota.com) – The James River Firefighters Association had two of its members travel to Pueblo, Colorado for training in Crude by Rail training.

Paul Bensch and Ken Wangen are attending the Crude by Rail training at the Security and Emergency Response Training Center. During the training, firefighters from around the country attended a course that moved them between classroom and field exercises. Participants work in different conditions including snowy and hot conditions.

The cost of the class was $1,955 and participants recently participated in a field test involving burning, crude oil tankers. Below are some photos from the Carrington Volunteer Fire and Rescue Facebook page.
