N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Renovations at the Stutsman County Courthouse have been going well and the community is invited to check it out.

On September 13th, the community is invited to the Stutsman County Courthouse to view the progress of the renovations. The courthouse was completed in 1883 and is the oldest courthouse in the state of North Dakota. Restoration efforts have stabilized the exterior of the courthouse and rehabilitation is dependent upon future funds.

The open house event will be on September 13th and will feature self-guided tours and local amateur historians on hand to share from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
