(NewsDakota.com)  Heading into last Friday nights game, the Titans of Dickinson Trinity had not won a Varsity football game since October of 2012 and were on a 12 game losing skid.  That all change when Dickinson Trinity beat the Titans of Central Dakota 27-0 in the Homecoming game for Central Dakota.  CD is now 0-1 and 1-2 overall and Trinity is 1-0 and 1-2 overall.

Dickinson Trinity scored three times in the first half, the first score came with about three minutes left in the first quarter when Junior Quarterback Willy Jahner connected with Sophomore Lucas Jones for a 50 yard touchdown reception.  Two minutes into the second quarter, Senior Running back Coltyn Nelson rushed in from 50 yards out to complete a three-play 85-yard drive for Dickinson Trinity.  About four minutes later, Senior Running back Cole Beck would score from 66 yards out making it 21-0 at the half.

Nelson would get his second touchdown of the game in the second half making it 27-0 the final.
