(NewsDakota.com) – Both Jamestown and Bismarck entered Tuesday night’s WDA collision with identical 5-1 conference records and a eye on catching Bismarck Century for the top-spot. It was Jamestown who rallied back to win the final two sets and take the match, who now has the inside track at the No. 2-seed.

After dropping the first set, Bismarck took the next two to jump out to a 2-1 lead. The Jays were able to rally back to win sets four and five to win the match, 3-2 (25-22, 20-25, 20-25, 25-19, 15-10).

Rainey Selvig had a big fifth-set with two kills and a blocks to help pace the Jays to an early lead.

Jenna Stilwell lead Jamestown with 16 kills. The Jays were without McKayla Keller for most of the match, the senior went down with a lower left leg injury late in the first set.
