N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The University of Jamestown will be presenting their rendition of A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens on November 6th, 7th, and 8th at 7:30 PM.

A large cast was required for this production and the theatre also pulled local children, high school students, and University staff in order enhance the cast of this production. Michael McIntyre directs the show, the music is directed by Richard Walentine, and the choreographer is Raena Haatvedt.

University of Jamestown students include Ryan Butterfield, Kristen Meland, Katie Carpenter, Carlotta Jo Rasmussen, Megan Telehey, Logan Carpenter, Jacoby Holte, Christopher Koppinger, Katie Roehm, Morgan Baumgartner, Alexis Martinson, Briana VinZant, Zack Mikula, Joel Ruby, Sydney Johnson, Katianne Brockpahler, Savannah Schafer, and Noah Fagerlund.

UJ staff members as part of the cast are John Lynch, director of student activities, and Caleb Grossman, student advocacy coordinator. Jamestown High School students performing are Jacob Brownell, Shane Chandler, Hunter Carpenter, Brittney Carpenter, and Jacob Sherfy. Local children taking part are Jaron Coombs, Allison Haugland, Alivia Hoke, Mackenzie Johnson, Ryder Koch, Maleeka Kramlich, Rebecca Krieger, Anja McDermid, Samara McDermid, Meghan Ray, Madelyn Reinarts, Brooks Roaldson, Sam Schlepuetz, Benjamin Shirley, Alexis Smith, Brielle Sullivan, Jackson Walters, Knoah Weber, Ryan Wells, and Garrett Wright.
