(NewsDakota.com)  The Cardinals drop to Pembina County North by a half point last Saturday at the Al Larson Invitational wrestling tournament at the Carrington High School.  PCN had a total of 217.5 points, while Carrington finished second with 217 points.  Napoleon/GS was third with 202, fourth was Beulah/Hazen with 145.5 and rounding out the top five was Bismarck JV at 115.5.  Here are the results for Carrington:  (champions in bold)

Next up for the Carrington grapplers will be this Friday and Saturday (December 19 & 20) at the Linton Tourney for the two day individual event.  A total of 25 teams will be participating.  Cardinal action can be heard on Friday starting about 3pm on AM 1600 KDAK and newsdakota.com.  On Saturday, coverage can be heard on AM 1220 KDDR, AM 1600 KDAK and newsdakota.com for Carrington, Oakes and surrounding area wrestlers starting about 10am.
