N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Another official has called it quits in Foster County.

After Tuesday’s Foster County Commissioner Meeting, Leslie Gregor resigned. He had two years left on his term. Gregor’s resignation comes two weeks after five other county officers, including the Sheriff and Clerk of Courts, resigned. During a recent press conference held by Foster County State’s Attorney Paul Murphy and Commission Chairman Bill Bauer, it was announced that the vacant positions would be filled as soon as possible.

The Carrington Police Department has offered to fill the gaps in the Sheriff’s Department until a new Sheriff and Deputy are found.
