N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Lt. Mitch Brecto reported that the last couple of matching opportunities in Jamestown have brought in a lot of money, but they are still far from reaching their goal.

Lt. Brecto reported that thanks to a few anonymous people, a $6,500 match will take place at all Kettles this Friday and Saturday.

“We just wrapped up a match the other day and we’re right around $85,000 raised so far. Our Christmas campaign goal is $156,000,” explained Lieutenant Mitch Brecto.

Donations that are given online will also be doubled. The Salvation Army is also still looking for bell ringers. Only five ringing days remain and kettles will be pulled at 4:00 PM Christmas Eve. For more information, call 701-252-0290.
