N.D. (NewsDakota.com) The North Dakota Fraternal Order of Police James/Valley Regional Lodge #4 named Nellie Degen as their liaison officer.

Lodge #4 president Thomas Nagel says Degen has been an advocate for health education and law enforcement for a number of years. He says she has assisted in policy changes at the local and state level for more than 25 years.

Degen says she has a passion to serve police officers and others that support their efforts in the region and community. Here is her interview with Steve Urness on Dakota Country Radio’s Voice of the Valley.

Nagel says the goal of the Fraternal Order of Police is to have a good communication with the community as well as local and state government entities.
