N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Bad weather has forced some recent flight cancellations or diversions at the Jamestown Regional Airport.

Research will be done as to why planes are unable to land at the airport, but planes are able to land at Hector International Airport in Fargo. Both areas are experiencing similar weather and improvements will be looked at in order for the airport to better accommodate during inclement weather.

Boardings for the month of December were 639, which was down slightly from 656 total boardings in November.
