The National Weather Service in Bismarck announced some of the lowest wind chills in the state this morning. The lowest wind chills could be found in Rolla with a brisk 34 degrees below zero. Other places such as Crosby and Tioga saw minus 31 degree wind chills.

Jamestown saw 27 below zero wind chills this morning, but there is an expected snap to the cold weather coming soon. According to the Weather Service, temperatures are expected to reach into the 40’s and lower 50’s starting this Sunday.
