N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Absentee voting for the Two Rivers Activity Center has begun today in Jamestown.

According to the TRAC page, early voting has been set for May 18th at the Stutsman County Courthouse. Residents that are unable to make the early voting or the June 2nd special election polls are encouraged to participate in the absentee voting. Residents can find the application by clicking here.

City residents are being asked to approve or disapprove a 1% sales tax for the construction and operation of the first phase of the Two Rivers Activity Center. The first phase will cost approximately $28 million with the potential for $12 million in expansion projects. Election day is scheduled for June 2nd at the Jamestown Civic Center from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
