ND – 21 students are graduating from Milnor High School Sunday. Among them is Parker Sebens, who nearly died 15-years ago, when both his arms were ripped off when he fell into a grain auger on his family’s farm. 

Jo Ann Peterson is a para-professional at the school.

Principal Chris Larson says Parker is quite a remarkable young man.

Parker plans to attend Minnesota State University Moorhead in the fall, where he’ll study public relations and advertising.
