ND (NewsDakota.com) One person was injured in a rollover two miles east of Jamestown on Friday, May 22 around 1:45pm.

Highway Patrol Sergeant Tom Herzig said a Honda Accord driven by 21 year-old Nathan Agwata of Minot was westbound on I-94 when a bird struck the windshield. Agwata reacted by braking and steering left. The car veered into the median. Agwata attempted to return to the roadway but the vehicle slid across both westbound lanes and entered the north ditch and rolled through the ditch and came to rest along the fence line.

The driver was not injured. The passenger, 20 year-old Sebstine Nyanumba of Minot suffered a cut on his hand during the crash which remains under investigation.
