N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – After two weeks of practice, the Hi-Liner Cross Country team traveled to the Goose River Golf Course in Hillsboro for their first meet on Saturday, August 22. The athletes preformed well in the field of 18 teams. For 10 athletes this was a new experience as, this was their first cross country race ever. Top varsity runners for the Hi-Liners were Mikayla Wolla in the 4K and AJ Punton in the 5K.
