N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Three individuals were injured after a crash that occurred on Richland County Road #26 on August 29th.

72 year-old Lawrence Quien of Fergus Falls, MN, was maneuvering a curve at around 1:21 PM when he drifted off the edge of the road. He drove the motorcycle back onto the road before losing control. The Harley slid across both lanes and struck another motorcycle ridden by 43 year-old Weston Quinn and 34 year-old Nichole Peterson.

Quien and Quinn were transported by ambulance to a Fargo Hospital. Peterson was seriously injured and air lifted from the scene. Both Quinn and Peterson were wearing helmets and Quien was not.

The crash remains under investigation by the North Dakota Highway patrol.
