(NewsDakota.com) – Two very long streaks came to an end for the Jamestown High volleyball team last night in Bismarck High’s Karlgaard Gym. The Jays had not lost to the Demons since 2010 and had not lost on the road in WDA play since 2012. But with Bismarck’s 3-2 (25-18, 23-25, 27-25, 22-25, 15-11) win those streaks came to an end.

Jamestown’s McKayla Kurtz lead the team with 13 kills. Shelby Arman paced Bismarck with 18.

The Jays will be back in action on Thursday against Dickinson at Jerry Meyer Arena.
