(NewsDakota.com) The concrete pour on the flood wall construction project on the VCSU campus is complete and the contractor is working to finish the project and parking lots along College Street according to KLJ manager Chad Petersen. He told city officials that the Viking Drive construction project should be completed at the end of the month.

Valley City Mayor Bob Werkhoeven said there should be a sense of urgency to finish the Viking Drive project soon before the snow flies.
