N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The James River Valley Library System Board of Directors unanimously passed a vote to begin the process of formal bidding for renovations to the structure.

External funding is being sought for the renovations, and $90,000 has been allotted in the annual budget for building maintenance and repair. The board will hold a special meeting November 18th to discuss bookmobile bids.

Plans include re-carpeting the library and updating the wall coverings. The total cost is roughly $127,000.
