N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking comments on a draft Environmental Assessment for an infrastructure project in Cooperstown.

The work will consist of five miles of 8 inch PVC pipe placed in the previously upgraded line from the Cooperstown wells to its water treatment plant. The project will cost an estimated $2.9 million with the federal government covering $2.2 million of the cost.
