N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The North Dakota Highway Patrol increased patrols during one of the busiest travel days of the year and have released their results from the weekend.

All available troopers issued 36 seat belt citations and arrested three drivers for DUI. The enforcement continued through Sunday, adding an additional 118 seat belt citations and a total of 23 DUI arrests.

There were no fatal crashes over the Thanksgiving weekend.
