N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown/Stutsman Development Corporation will only hold meetings with their board once a month after deciding to eliminate the monthly Executive Committee meeting.

Business Development Manager Corry Shevlin stated that the decision to cancel holding the Executive Committee meeting will hopefully streamline the process of businesses going through the application process.

Before, businesses seeking incentives needed to first meet with the Executive Committee and then the Board of Directors.

During a meeting held earlier last week, the JSDC discussed their strategic plan. Shevlin stated that the plan updated the goals of the JSDC due to the changing markets in Jamestown and Stutsman County.
