CITY, ND – (NewsDakota.com) Valley City State University is going to have to implement a .6 million budget cut over a two year period following Governor Jack Dalrymple’s announcement that state agencies will have to make a 4 percent cut due to a billion shortfall caused by a drop in oil activity.
VCSU president Dr. Tisa Mason talked about the universities plans on how to handle the budget cutting process with Ingstad Family Media reporter Steve Urness.
Mason says a final plan will be released on or before February 22nd concerning how the university will implement budget cutting measures.
