CITY, ND – (NewsDakota.com) Highway Patrol troopers conducted alcohol saturation patrols last weekend and earlier this month in Barnes County. The patrol says efforts resulted in six drug charges, three DUI charges, One delivery of alcohol to a minor, four driving under suspension.

Barnes County State’s Attorney Carl Martineck says his office received one citation from the Highway Patrol for possession of methamphetamine paraphernalia. The offense was charged as a Class “A” misdemeanor. Martineck says Amanda Olson was arrested on a felony drug warrant out of Stutsman County for possession of methamphetamine. Olson made a court appearance in Barnes County for the charge and was released on a $1000 unsecured bond on March 14th.
