CITY, ND – (NewsDakota.com) Four Valley City residents are officially on the June 14 ballot and running for two city commission seats up for election. The candidates are: Mike Bishop, Jeff Edwards, Mary Lee Nielson and Rick Ross.

Meanwhile two men have entered into the Barnes County Commission race. Robert “Bob” Drake will be running for the seat now held by John Froehlich. And Leroy Triebold will be running for the seat now held by Cynthia Schwehr in the Barnes County Commission race.

In the Valley City Park Board race Dick Gulmon and Ross Powell are running unopposed.

In the school board race Joyce Braunagel and Val Mortiz are running unopposed.

And Valley City Municipal Judge Thomas Goven is also running unopposed.
