(NewsDakota.com) – The University of Jamestown and Valley City State baseball teams played three games this weekend with the four getting rained out on Sunday. The Jimmies won all three; 2-1, 6-5, and 13-11.

Friday night, the Jimmies got a pitching performance for the ages from Tanner Dahl who went all 11 innings for the complete game victory. The win was the 25th of his career, putting him 1st all-time in the Jamestown record books.

Landon Uetz homered three times on Saturday, including a walk-off home run in the bottom of the 7th in game one.

Sunday’s game was in the 5th inning when it got canceled due to rain. The Jimmies are 44-5 on the year.

Jamestown will travel to Winnipeg on Wednesday to play a non-conference game against the Wesmen.
