CITY, ND – (NewsDakota.com) The state is helping Barnes County correct 9-1-1 addresses that are incorrect.

North Dakota Next Generation 9-1-1 Program Manager Jason Horning will address this issue during the May 3rd commission meeting at 9am. He will explain the current situation to the commission and how it can be fixed.

A number of residents looking for 9-1-1 addresses are frustrated because they’re waiting for address and that’s not going to happen until all the wrong addresses are corrected in Barnes County.

Those residents waiting on 9-1-1 addresses are invited to attend the May 3rd Barnes County Commission meeting and listen to Horning explain how this address mix up will be resolved.
