N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Governor Jack Dalrymple has proclaimed the week of May 1st through the 7th at Farmers Union Youth Week.

Governor Dalrymple cited North Dakota Farmers Union’s dedication to enhancing leadership abilities in young people and skilled leaders for North Dakota.

“The youth of our state are North Dakota’s most valuable resource in strengthening communities and organizations,” wrote Dalrymple in the signed proclamation. “Educating young people about the cooperative business model in present-day commerce is vital to North Dakota’s economic health.”
