N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Formal charges have been filed against a man who was found with drugs and weapons in a traffic stop.

23 year-old Levi Guthmiller was identified by Officer Logan Hord on Monday, March 28th. Guthmiller was pulled over after Officer Hord learned that there were two warrants out for his arrest from the Stutsman County Sheriff’s Department. He pulled Guthmiller over near Lincoln Elementary School.

Guthmiller appeared in court on initial charges on Monday. He was charged with two counts of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of a Controlled Substance. No further court dates have been set.
