N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A Jamestown boy has died at a Fargo hospital after injuries sustained from a truck-bicycle collision Tuesday, May 17th.

Police confirmed Monday night that 14 year-old Christopher H. Roach died Sunday. The original report says that Roach entered the intersection of 3rd Street and 7th Avenue Northeast at 3:40 PM when he was struck by an RTS Shearing dump truck driver.

The driver of the truck stated afterwards that he never saw Roach and thought a tire had blown out on the truck. Roach was taken to the JRMC and was later air-lifted to a Fargo hospital.

The investigation is still ongoing by the Jamestown Police Department.
