FARGO, N.D. (AP) — West Fargo police arrested a motorist who allegedly struck two mailboxes, a road sign and another vehicle, causing minor injuries to two occupants of the other vehicle.

Police responded to four complaints about the driver about 10 p.m. Sunday. They eventually arrested him for refusing a drunk driving test, along with a hit-and-run count and several other driving violations.

Mohamud Jama, 36, of Fargo was arrested for DUI refusal, hit and run, no insurance, no registration and no driver’s license in possession. Additional charges are expected.

The state’s attorney’s office will decide on formal charges.
