N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown City Engineer’s Office has announced road closure that will take effect Thursday, June 9th as a result of ongoing road work.

City crews have been busy repairing sections of road throughout the community this summer and will need to temporarily close a section of road for work. According to the Engineer’s office, 2nd Avenue Southeast between 3rd Street Southeast & 4th Street Southeast will be temporarily closed to all traffic.

The road closure will be Thursday, June 9th and motorists should use extreme caution in this area and use alternate routes as necessary. The road will open as soon as crews finish work.
