CITY, ND – (NewsDakota.com) Prairie Paws Rescue of Jamestown is accepting donations to help care for dogs seized by the Barnes County Sheriff’s Department from a rural residence this week after the North Dakota State Veterinarian’s office recommended confiscating the animals due to poor living conditions.

Prairie Paws Rescue is asking for donations of dog food, treats, toys and chew bones for the dogs. Monetary donations are being accepted to help with other expenses and supplies for maintaining temporary kennels.

There will be a drop off site for donations at the rear entrance of the Quilted Ceiling in Valley City all day Saturday, June 18th. Use the alley behind the store and thanks for your generosity.
