N.D.  (NewsDakota.com)  Easton Paeper hit his third home run of the year and Alex Stusynski went deep as well as Post 25 beat the Sheyenne/New Rockford Blacksox Post 30, 3-1.  The second game was called due to darkness in the sixth inning, the non-counter in the Central Region ended in a five-all tie.  Carrington Post 25 is now 4-1 and 4-3-1 overall, SNR Post 30 drops to 3-2 and 6-3-1 overall.

Jayden Shipman picked up the victory on the mound, working all seven innings with one run, seven hits, seven strikeouts and no walks.  Josh McKnight took the loss, giving up three runs, five hits, three walks, one was intentional and four strikeouts.  Paeper at the plate was 1-for-2 with a solo blast to center field and an intentional walk, he was put on in the fifth inning after his fourth inning home run.  Paeper has been intentionally walked four times in the last three games.  Teddy Allmaras was 2-for-3 including a single in the first inning and an RBI double in the third.

Next up for Post 25 will be next Tuesday, June 28th back in Carrington against May/Port.  Pregame will start at 4:45pm, and first pitch at 5pm on AM 1600 KDAK and newsdakota.com.  Two games are scheduled, both will be seven inning games and both will count in the Central Region standings.
