CITY, ND – (NewsDakota.com) Valley City Park & Recreation board members Dick Gulmon and Ross Powell will serve another term on the Park board.

Powell and Gulmon were sworn into their respective offices by acting Valley City Mayor Matt Pedersen during a brief ceremony on June 28th in the city commission chambers.
