N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Heavy storms hit the Jamestown and Stutsman County area early this morning.

Initial reports coming from area residents say downed trees have struck power lines, causing widespread outages. Flooding has caused some streets to be temporarily closed and damages have been reported. Here’s Emergency Manager of Stutsman County Jerry Bergquist.

The city engineer’s office is also asking Jamestown residents to restrict water & sewer usage due to power outages in the city.
