(NewsDakota.com) The Oakes High School volleyball team went to Forman on Tuesday for a non-district affair and came up with yet another sweep; this time over the Cadets of Sargent Central.

Oakes won by scores of 25-13, 25-10 and 25-13 to improve to 15-3 this season. In the victory, the Tornadoes picked up 10 aces, five of those from Nicole Schmitz. The visiting Tornadoes easily won the battle in total kills; 46 to Sargent Central’s 11. Shelby Roney had 14 kills for Oakes.
