N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Game & Fish Biologist Doug Leier says hunters should scout the area before they trek off for their hunt.

Several hunting seasons are underway in the Dakotas. Leier pointed out that hunters should scout the area they’re in before engaging in their expedition.

Leier says hunters should spend time before they adventure out to survey the land and become aware of the outlying area. Leier says it’s not only the elements that can change the landscape, but private and CRP land may have changed recently.
