It was all Jamestown from the start. The game was tied at 5-5 and then the defense for the Jimmies wouldn’t even let the Warriors get it across half court. Waldorf turned it over 33 times, including a career-high and possible school-record nine steals from Kyra Dewald.

She poured in a game-high 20 points one night after getting her 1,000th career point. Jamestown is off until Saturday’s home games against Mayville State.

When your leading scoring has only five points and you score 92 points, that usually means it was pretty good team basketball. That’s exactly what happened as the Jimmies knocked down 12 of 21 from three. Jake Hagler was the facilitator with only five points, but 10 assists and seven rebounds.

Logan Brown lead four Jimmies in double-figures with 20 points. Riley Henderson continued his great play from Friday night with 16. Jon Purintin and Jacob Havron each had over 10. Jamestown had assists on 16 of their 30 field goals.
