FORKS, N.D. – (NewsDakota.com) Grand Forks National Weather Service forecaster Brad Hopkins says cold arctic air has hit the state but be prepared for white out condition today in the open country.

Hopkins says it’s possible some areas of the state will be above the freezing mark in the latter half of next week.

The North Dakota Department of Transportation is advising no travel in many areas of the state due to zero visibility.
