N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Sad news came last week when AAUW Jamestown announced that they would be closing their bookstore inside the Buffalo Mall by the end of February.

Kelly Krein is the AAUW Bookstore Director. She stated that they have been selling old books as a fundraiser since the 70’s.

Krein pointed out that they located in the Buffalo Mall so they would have a place to store their inventory and make it more accessible to the public. She stated that they had moved inside the mall 3 times 10 years and that they would now be closing to make room for Dunham’s.

Currently, the bookstore is holding a sale to reduce inventory while they seek another location.

Krein stated that AAUW was seeking information from the public on where they can locate in the community.
