(NewsDakota.com) The Ellendale High School boys basketball team remained perfect in Class B District 5 play after a 60-37 victory Tuesday night at Ellendale High.

The Cardinals (11-3, 5-0 District 5) had three players register in double figures; Brennen Vance (17), Luke Wertz (13) and Hunter White (10). EKM (5-10, 3-1), who was outscored 19-7 in the second quarter, had a team high nine points from Tyler Zaun.

Ellendale visits Carrington Friday, while EKM plays at Carrington on February 9.
