N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The annual Sports & Recreation show is scheduled for February 3rd through the 5th at the Jamestown Civic Center.

The event, originally held by the Civic Center, was taken over by Ingstad Family Media roughly 8 years ago. The event will feature several vendors and speakers to prepare residents for the summer season.

Lynn Lambrecht is the organizer for the event. She says numerous local and regional businesses will bring in their wares for everyone to see.

Some of the seminars include the popular Raptor Show from Black Hills Raptor Center in South Dakota and local pro-fisherman Josh Klein discussing fishing tactics and many other topics. All seminars are free as well as admission to the Civic Center.

The Jamestown Optimist Club will also be holding their annual Spaghetti Feed Friday in the Exchequer Room. Lambrecht pointed out that they are looking to serve over 500 this year.

Show hours are Friday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Saturday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Sunday from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. For more information, call Ingstad Family Media at 701-252-1400.
