(NewsDakota.com)- Bismarck High defeated Bismarck Century 33-28 in the championship match of North Dakota High School Activities Association Class A Team Dual State Wrestling Tournament on Friday.The Demons have now won three straight team dual state titles. Bismarck has won 14 team duals since it was introduced at the state tournament in 2000. In the 3rd place match Mandan topped Minot 45-28. West Fargo beat beat Davies 48-24 to win the 5th place bout.

Hettinger-Scranton defeated Lisbon 31-30 in the championship match of the 2017 North Dakota High School Activities Association Class B Duals. Its The Night Hawks first team dual championship since 2001.Hettinger-Scranton seventh grader Conner Andress defeated Lisbon’s Caleb Nielsen 4-3 at 106 pounds in deciding match of the dual. Carrington won the 3rd place match 45-28 beating Bishop Ryan. Pembina County North placed 5th after getting a 48-34 win against Oakes.
