N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Members of the Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Committee and the Young Professionals of Jamestown presented a Customer Service Award to Chelsea Hauser at the Quality Inn and Suites of Jamestown.

The chamber honors individuals who demonstrate a consistent commitment to delivering products or services that satisfy customers by exceeding their requirements or expectations. Chelsea’s letter of nomination stated:

“Chelsea is a great asset to the Quality Inn and to the community of Jamestown.  She went above and beyond to set up, prepare and execute our business Christmas party for nearly 200 people.  Days before, she was communicating every detail and that attention to the details carried through to the end of the night with a mop and bucket to clean up a mess.  She also sets up our weekly Kiwanis meetings and many other events each month.  It is a lot of work, especially with only a small crew.  Her service is great and attitude outstanding.  Thank you, Chelsea.”
