N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown softball team is coming off back-to-back state tournament appearances and are hoping to extend that streak this spring. They will have home field advantage for the WDA Tournament which will be held at Trapper Field in Jamestown the last week in May.

Head Coach Mike Soulis has a nucleus of five players returning, that were impact players on those last two trips to state, that along with a youth movement he hopes can continue the success.

The Jays are scheduled to open their season on Friday with a home game against Williston. They will also host Minot Ryan on Saturday.
